About Stuart Moodie
I am a Computational Biologist, Software Architect and Developer with a real breadth of experience gained in academic, research and industry environments. I am able to use this experience to quickly build an understanding of business requirements and I have a track record of architecting and building innovative software systems to underpin leading edge bioinformatics projects. I have also been heavily involved in standards development throughout my career, most recently with the development and implementation of SBGN. I have worked for Glaxo Wellcome, Inpharmatica, the European Bioinformatics Institute and the University of Edinburgh. I currently work on an independent basis and my clients have included Pfizer, MedImmune, Astra Zeneca and the DDMoRe Foundation.
