Noralee Bradley joined Nutrien in 2020 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. She is currently the Executive Vice President, External Affairs, and Chief Sustainability and Legal Officer. In this role, she oversees external affairs, sustainability initiatives, and legal strategies for the company.

With over 30 years of experience, Noralee Bradley has advised public companies and boards of directors on governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital market matters. Her extensive professional background includes serving as a director of two TSX-listed companies. She has also contributed to several community organizations in Calgary.
Noralee Bradley's Board and Community Service
Noralee Bradley serves on the Board of STARS Air Ambulance and is involved with several community organizations in Calgary, including the United Way and the Institute of Corporate Directors. Additionally, she is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.
Noralee Bradley's Education
Noralee Bradley holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Saskatchewan. She also completed the Executive Leadership Program at Western University's Ivey Business School. In 2020, she was designated with Alberta Queen's (now King’s) Counsel in recognition of her merit and community service.
