Ross also earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University, graduating in 1981. Furthermore, he holds a Certificate in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine from Southwest Texas Methodist Hospital and The Nix Medical Center, earned in 1970.
