Earlier in her career, Xiaotong Song has held various influential positions. She served as a Group Representative for the APA Div. 40 Association of Neuropsychology Students and Trainees (ANST) Interest Group at NYU Chapter from 2020 to 2021. Concurrently, she was the Chair of Advocacy at the NYU GSAS Graduate Student Council from 2019 to 2020. Xiaotong also worked as a Neuropsychology Technician at Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University in Beijing City, China for 2 months in 2018. At Skidmore College, she twice served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from 2016 to 2019.
