Wioletta Augustyn has a Master’s degree in Project Management from Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera, which she completed from 2010 to 2012. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie, obtained from 2001 to 2004. In addition, she pursued a post-graduate program in Nonviolent Communication at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2021 to 2022. This educational background supports her expertise in talent acquisition and project management.
