Amy Rabourn served as the Director of Finance at Gemphire Therapeutics, Inc. She joined the company as its first finance employee and was instrumental in establishing its financial processes and procedures. Amy supported Gemphire through private fundraising efforts and its initial public offering (IPO) in August of 2016. She managed daily financial transactions, budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, audits, SEC filings, and tax preparation.
