He also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Development Economics and International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, which he completed in 2012. Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Reed College in 1991.
