Following these roles, she served as Head of Operations & Supply Chain for Partner Markets from 2008 to 2010, and as a Senior Regional Marketing Manager from 2006 to 2008. Her tenure at Vodafone Group spanned various aspects of project management and marketing, enhancing her skills in managing diverse teams.

Alison Fellows began her career as a Software Engineer at Motorola, where she worked from 1997 to 2000. She then transitioned to WFI Consulting as a Senior Consultant from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, she worked as a Product Development Engineer at Sonardyne from 1994 to 1996. This technical background laid the foundation for her later roles in project delivery and management, equipping her with the necessary skills to oversee complex IT projects.
