Nikki studied at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from 1995 to 1999, where she achieved her ACCA qualification. Prior to that, she obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance from Stevenage College Further Education between 1987 and 1989. Her educational background also includes completing her High School Diploma with honors at Hot Springs High School in Arkansas, USA, from 1986 to 1987.
Experience at EE
From 2008 to 2015, Nikki worked at EE as a Senior Billing & Settlement Consultant. In this role, which lasted for seven years, she was based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Her responsibilities included managing billing processes and ensuring accurate settlement of accounts, further enhancing her expertise in finance operations.
