Before joining Old Colony YMCA, Michael Eatough held various positions in advancement and fundraising. He was the Executive Director of Major Gifts at Johnson & Wales University from 2012 to 2017. He also worked at the Rhode Island School of Design as the Assistant Director of Major and Planned Gifts from 2002 to 2008. His experience includes serving as the Director of Individual Gifts at Roger Williams University for a year in 2001 to 2002 and as the Assistant Chancellor of Advancement at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2008 to 2012.

Michael Eatough's career in development began at Morton Hospital and Medical Center, where he served as the Director of Development from 1999 to 2001. His extensive experience in fundraising and advancement roles has equipped him with the skills necessary to lead significant initiatives and drive mission advancement within the YMCA system.
