As Chief Revenue Officer at Oldcastle APG, I lead multiple teams that drive our sales, marketing, product and innovation for growth. I work to leverage my multi-channel experience to deliver solutions through a relentless focus on our customer. In addition to my core responsibilities, I am an active member on our internal councils that include Brand, Innovation and Solutions. Prior to joining Oldcastle APG, I worked for The Home Depot where I held levels of increasing responsibility across Store Operations, Communications, Brand and Merchandise Marketing, and Core Merchandising. Starting as a sales associate working in the stores through college, I was honored to have turned that experience into a 13+ year career. I left The Home Depot to build a start-up from the ground up, Sovaro. It included a line of premium, injected molded coolers, that catered to the wine enthusiast, socialite, and boater, while offering all of the bells and whistles that elevated a cooler to a lifestyle and fashion statement. As co-owner, I delivered a comprehensive marketing strategy and an e-commerce sales platform within nine months of securing investment funding.
