From launching world changing moonshots (inc. a smart contact lens and Wing, now a $1B+ drone delivery company) at Google[X] to spearheading Google’s first in-store Chromebook sales (now replicated in thousands of stores globally) and building a thriving community for tech and startup executives via Execs on Deck, I love to leverage deep user insights to identify 10x opportunities and build high-impact cross-functional teams to make them a reality. I’ve delivered 100+ speeches across the globe on 10x innovation with a focus on how companies can rethink go to market strategy (from user research and positioning to marketing and comms, partnerships, community building, and stakeholder management along the way) to launch breakthrough products & businesses that drive both impact and revenue at scale. Beyond work, I’m also a board member at Glide.org (an iconic social justice nonprofit that invests $25M+ each year into life changing programs for San Francisco’s most vulnerable), an active mentor and angel investor with a focus on women and diverse leaders, and an enthusiastic but thoroughly mediocre surfer. 🏄
