He also led the creation and enhancement of tools and methodologies for the Global Go-To-Market organization.

Ganhão has an extensive background at Oracle, where he held various positions from 2006 to 2018. He served as Sales Consulting Manager, Engineered Systems Business Development Group Director for Oracle EMEA, and Cloud Sales Consulting Senior Director. He was instrumental in creating the Engineered Systems (Exadata) multi-billion USD market during his time at Oracle.

Luis Ganhão holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy & Management from Universidade Aberta, which he completed from 2007 to 2008. He also studied Physics at the University of Lisbon, achieving a Licenciatura from 1992 to 1997.
