His career in the semiconductor industry began at Amkor Technology, where he worked as an Equipment Technician for eight years in the NCR - National Capital Region, Philippines, from 1998 to 2006.

Joji Corbillon studied at the Technological University of the Philippines, where he achieved both an Associate and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering between 1995 and 1998. He utilizes various methodologies in his work, including FMEA, FTA, 8D, RCA, DoE, and Engineering Statistics & Data Analysis, to effectively address and solve engineering problems.
