In her role, she is responsible for strategic planning and analytics of e-commerce operations. Thomson has developed and executed customer journeys and analytics for email marketing, enhancing the company's outreach efforts. Additionally, she oversees the setup and execution of webinars and manages a team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity within the organization.
Previous Experience in Social Media and Marketing
Before joining Order Out of Chaos®, Keri Thomson served as the Social Media Director at Green Box Foods from 2013 to 2015. In this role, she was responsible for managing the company's social media presence and developing marketing strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked at Saavy Chicks Media as a Virtual Technology Assistant for seven months in 2010. Thomson also has experience in the food service industry, having worked at Outback Steakhouse from 1992 to 1999 in various roles, including Trainer, Server, Bartender, and Admin.
Education and Expertise
Keri Thomson's educational background includes studies at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1989 to 1992, followed by the University of North Texas, where she achieved a degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from 1992 to 1994. She furthered her education at Lanier Technical College, earning an Associate's degree in Internet Specialist / Website Design from 2008 to 2010. This diverse educational foundation has equipped her with the skills necessary for her roles in marketing and technology.

Personal Interests and Family Life
Keri Thomson lives just north of Atlanta with her husband and three sons. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding on Lake Lanier and has a hobby of digging for vinyl records to add to her collection. These interests reflect her appreciation for both outdoor activities and music.
