Transitioned into software development after a decade on the road as a musician. My mission in life is to end each day able to do at least one thing I couldn’t do the day before. Proficient in Javascript, React.js, Redux, MongoDB, Express, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, SQL, GraphQL and CSS. Currently incorporating my knowledge of audio signal chains into a node/react project allowing user-created music using the Web Audio API. Constantly picking up new interests and skills, while always striving for deep understanding in anything I do. Some of the hats I wear are: -Former professional keyboardist (All styles, most recently as the touring organist for Social Distortion) -Artisanal ice cream maker (Penn State Ice Cream Short Course) -Board/tabletop gaming and miniature painting enthusiast -Dedicated yogi/meditator -Capoeira student (new but loving it!)
