I am an HR director with extensive experience gained through work within multinational contexts and particularly in the manufacturing sector. During the years, I have acquired skills in relation to definition, implementation and development of HR strategies, always in line with the company’s goals. I have handled important projects of site closures, restructurations and reorganizations, guaranteeing efficient management of both negotiations and contractual and normative aspects. These important dynamics, as well as the variety of industries in which I have broadened my experience, made me resilient and open to changes. A particular focus of my activity is placed on training, talent acquisition, motivation and engagement, also through the implementation of initiatives connected to internal communication, with the aim to ensure continuous improvement, professional development and growth of company’s resources. I possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy and assertiveness, which allow me to communicate with all levels of different business functions.
