About Craig Imamura
I have over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. I am currently a Senior Product Strategist and Head of Fund Operations for Pacific Funds. As a Senior Product Strategist I help manage the positioning and development of material and messaging for the current mutual fund lineup of US Equity, Fixed Income and Asset Allocation strategies. In my current role, I am able to use both my analytic and communication skills to develop and help contribute to the overall success of the organization and sales team, as well as aid in the development and expansion of the brand. Then as Head of Fund Operations I oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and services related tasks and projects related to the funds offered by Pacific Funds. I am also in charge of managing the TA relationship for the fund complex along with other third party relationships that pertain to the daily operation related tasks for the funds.I have experience with both Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, Qvidian and StyleAdvisor. For operations, I have experience working with DTCC and managing third party TA relationships.
