Additionally, she completed a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Materials Science and Engineering at the same institution from 1997 to 2004. Indolfi also participated in the Erasmus program at École des Mines de Saint-Étienne in 2001-2002 and studied at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2010.

Before founding PanTher Therapeutics, Laura Indolfi gained extensive experience in the biotech and healthcare sectors. She worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center from 2014 to 2016 and held a post-doctoral research associate position at MIT from 2008 to 2016. Indolfi was also involved with MassBio's MassCONNECT mentorship program for a brief period in 2015-2016 and was a member of the Health Innovation Hub Cohort at Springboard Enterprises from 2016 to 2017.

Achievements

Laura Indolfi was selected as one of five women for the inaugural class of the MassNextGen program by the Massachusetts Life Science Center and Takeda in 2018. She has been recognized for her contributions to the biotech industry and has served as a TED Fellow since 2015. Indolfi co-created the clothing line Cytocouture, which won the global competition Descience in 2014. She has also been featured in the 'Women Who Lead in Life Sciences' series and attended the 'Fortune: Most Powerful Women – Next Gen' conference in 2017.
