Before entering the field of compensation consulting, Taryn Schrader worked as a Waterpark Lifeguard for the Department of the Navy's Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Aquatics from 2008 to 2012. She also gained experience in human resources as a Corporate HR Training employee at Shaw Industries from 2013 to 2014.
