About Surbhi Sarna
Surbhi is currently at Y Combinator investing in and working closely with companies in the bio healthcare space as well as tech. She also is a board director at Penumbra Medical (PEN), Biora (BIOR), and at privately held companies Omniscient Neurotechnology, YourChoice Therapeutics, and AOA. She sits on the Board of Trustees at The Harker School and Astia. Previously, Surbhi was CEO of nVision Medical, which was acquired by Boston Scientific in April of 2018. It was a venture-backed start up dedicated to filling the void in female health-related innovation. It remains the only device cleared by the FDA to collect cells from the fallopian tube, the known site of the most lethal forms of ovarian cancer.
