Meredith Berkson serves as the Regional Director of South County for PATH. In this role, she oversees various programs throughout the 44 cities in South Los Angeles County. Since joining PATH in May 2015, Meredith Berkson has acted as the SPA 7 Coordinated Entry System lead for single adults. This position involves managing the entry points and ensuring that single adults experiencing homelessness within South County receive the necessary support and services to transition into stable housing.
