Here is an overview of my 35 years’ experience mastering Hardware and Software products. I have many years’ experience in customer facing roles. I’m experienced interfacing with all levels of authority, from executive to technical and within hardware or software development and project teams. I also attained Microsoft Certified Trainer status for Windows 95. I have experience and certification for Project Management, Security and Auditing for the Internet, and FireWall-1. I am certified in ITIL as an Information Technology practitioner. I possess a strong experience and training in TCP/IP, NFS, Java, and Tuxedo Application Servers I am trained on the Solaris, Sun OS, AIX, ULTRIX, and the VMS platforms, among others. I have network tuning, configuration and administration training and experience. I possess superior customer interface and problem management skills, which have been developed over many years.
