Before that, she was a User Journey Architect and Principal DevOps at Telekom Malaysia for three months in 2019. Shifa also served as an Assistant Manager in Store Journey at Telekom Malaysia in 2018. Her earlier experience includes co-founding MEOWCLASS, a boarding school for talented cats, and working in digital commerce roles at webe digital and Packet One Networks.

Shifa Azahar holds a Degree in Landscape Architecture from Universiti Teknologi MARA, where she studied from 2009 to 2012. She also earned a Diploma in Landscape Architecture from the same university, attending from 2006 to 2009. Her educational background in landscape architecture informs her approach to integrating environmental considerations into pet landscapes and stray management initiatives.
