Prior to that, he held the position of Sales & Marketing Director at DSV Transport A/S from 2010 to 2012 and served as Head of Regional Offices at Itella Logistics from 2012 to 2014. His career began at Kuehne+Nagel as a Sales Manager from 2001 to 2005.
Educational Background
Lars Martin Ophus studied at Handelshøyskolen BI, where he completed a Market Economics program from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, he attended BSIT and Befalskolen for Infanteriet i Trondheim, focusing on Management and Teaching from 1995 to 1996. His educational background provides a solid foundation for his career in logistics and management.
Military Experience
Ophus has a background in the military, having served in the Royal Norwegian Air Force as a Platoon Leader and Lieutenant from 1992 to 1999. This experience contributed to his leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure environments.
