Prior to his current role, Mark Hamilton accumulated extensive experience in various geophysical positions. He worked as a Senior Geophysicist from 2007 to 2010 in the Stavanger Area, Norway, and held the role of Product Champion for MT applications from 2011 to 2012 in the same location. He also served as an Interpretation Geophysicist at ARKeX in Cambridge, United Kingdom, from 2012 to 2013, and as a Project Geophysicist in London from 2013 to 2016.
Educational Background in Geophysics
Mark Hamilton has a solid educational foundation in geophysics. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Geophysics from the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies and the University of the Witwatersrand, studying from 2004 to 2007. He also holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geophysics, which he obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2003. Additionally, he completed a B.Sc. in Geology and Physics with Electronics at Rhodes University from 2000 to 2002.
