From 2015 to 2020, she was the Project Planning Manager, focusing on project strategies and planning.

Before her tenure at PGS, Yvonne Sloan worked at MTEM. She began as a Field Geophysicist from 2006 to 2007, gaining hands-on experience in geophysical data collection. She then advanced to the role of Chief Geophysicist from 2007 to 2008, where she led geophysical projects and contributed to technical decision-making.
