Previous Experience
Before joining Phase2, Rich Young worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at UDig from 2018 to 2021. He also held the position of Director, Industry Development at the American Society of Interior Designers from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in his career, he was the Manager of New Business Development and Marketing at Webb deVlam from 2008 to 2010 and worked briefly at smbolic as Business Development and Marketing Manager in 2008.
Education and Expertise
Rich Young studied Industrial Design at Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor of Industrial Design (B.I.D.). He also attended Clemson University. His educational background supports his expertise in technology challenges, including decoupled architecture and multisite platforms. Rich has a strong focus on customer data and insights, personalization, and performance optimization in digital projects.
