He is currently focused on developing a self-researched cloud Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Li Brant has extensive experience in the healthcare IT sector. He worked as the IT Director and CIO/VP at Concord Medical Services Holdings Ltd. from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Healthcare Industry at Accenture from 2012 to 2014. His role at Microsoft as Program Manager II from 2007 to 2011 further solidified his expertise in technology solutions for healthcare. Additionally, he held positions at Cisco Systems and Carestream Health, contributing to various healthcare IT projects.

Li Brant earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where he studied from 1999 to 2002. He also holds a Master's degree in Physics and Electronic Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology, where he studied from 1992 to 1999. Throughout his career, Li Brant has led significant projects in healthcare technology. He played a key role in the launch of the Haoying Platform, a cloud-based PACS+RIS+personal cloud film system. He also spearheaded the development and implementation of the Yunxiang Health Management Platform, which encompasses a cloud physical examination system, outpatient Hospital Information System (HIS), and H-CRM. His work includes the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, big data, IoT, voice recognition, and facial recognition into business systems.

Li Brant has contributed to the IT system construction and software implementation for over ten new store openings in various cities across China, including Wuhan, Hefei, Chongqing, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and Xi'an.
