Nina Vaca is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Group, which she founded in 1996. Under her leadership, Pinnacle Group has grown to become a widely recognized company. She has served in this dual role for over two decades, guiding the company through significant milestones and expansions.

Nina Vaca graduated from Texas State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech & Communication and a Minor in Business Administration. She further honed her executive skills by completing the Corporate Governance Executive Program at Harvard University. In 2016, she became a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, and she has received honorary doctorates from Northwood University, Mount Mary University, and Berkeley College.
