Ambreen Molitor serves as the National Director of Venture & Product Innovation at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. In this role, she leads the equity-based innovation portfolio and budget, overseeing the development and launch of new products and services. Her leadership has contributed to a significant increase in appointments, nearly doubling the number to 2 million. She collaborates with C-suite executives and the strategy team to conduct market research and explore Generative AI applications.

Previous Experience in Product Management

Prior to her current position, Ambreen Molitor held various product management roles across several organizations. She worked at Hearst as a Product Manager from 2014 to 2016 and at Monotype as a Senior Product Manager from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, she served as a Product Manager at Sony from 2011 to 2014 and as a Product Manager at General Assembly for 8 months in 2014. Her experience spans multiple industries, emphasizing her expertise in product development.

Educational Background and Qualifications

Ambreen Molitor holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design - The New School. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a double major in English and American Studies, along with a minor in Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, she participated in a Summer Front-End Development Course and Fellowship at Tsinghua University and a Summer Spanish Course at Universidad de Belgrano.

Ambreen Molitor has been instrumental in developing several impactful products aimed at enhancing reproductive health services. Notable projects include the abortion service locator web app, Roo chatbot, Spot On period and birth control tracking app, and bansoff.org. Her work focuses on partnering with startups and academia to deliver solutions that address the needs of Planned Parenthood's diverse consumer base.
