Prior to her current position, Christy Scott held various roles in human resources across multiple organizations. She worked as the Manager of Human Resources on a contract basis at the Real Estate Council of BC from 2020 to 2021. Before that, she was the Human Resources Business Partner at KATERRA from 2019 to 2020. Her earlier experience includes roles at Amazon, CMLS Financial, MNP, and SAP, where she developed a strong foundation in HR operations and management.

Christy Scott holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management & Organization Development from Heriot-Watt University. She also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
