About Mary Buckley Tobin
I am a health care attorney concentrating my practice on regulatory issues affecting providers, including reimbursement, value-based payment systems, healthcare information privacy and security, licensure and enrollment, and clinical research. I have legal and consulting experience in clinical research revenue cycle management and health care compliance. In law school at Loyola, I concentrated my studies in health law and health care compliance. I served as a Beazley Institute Health Law Fellow and a health law legal writing tutor. I was a member of both Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and Annals of Health Law and served as an Articles Editor on the Law Journal. In both my second and third years of law school, I competed in the L. Edward Bryant Jr. National Health Law Transactional Competition. In 2016, my team won the competition and received recognition for the best memorandum.In my spare time, I serve on the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys Membership Committee, am an active member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association, and run with the DWRunning Team to train for marathons and other road races.
