Prior to his current position, he held various roles at Poly, including Senior Manager of Ecosystem and Solutions Architect for the APAC region from 2020 to 2022, and Senior Solutions Architect from 2019 to 2020.

Wilson Hew has extensive experience at Cisco, where he worked in several capacities from 2010 to 2019. He started as a Systems Engineer for two years, followed by a role as Consulting Systems Engineer for the ASEAN region from 2012 to 2019, where he contributed for seven years. He also served as a Technical Solutions Architect in the ASEAN region from 2016 to 2019. His tenure at Cisco equipped him with strong skills in collaboration technologies, including voice, video, and conferencing solutions.
