Lena Hrybok began her career in web development, working as a Web Developer at Telemate.Net from 1999 to 2001. She then transitioned to Virtual Magic, where she served as a Web Designer & Developer and Project Manager from 2001 to 2006. This early experience laid the foundation for her later focus on user experience design.
