Justin Shukat is the President and a partner at Primary Wave Music Publishing, a role he has held since 2006. Justin Shukat's Music Industry Background
Justin Shukat began his music career early, inspired by his father, entertainment attorney Peter Shukat. In the mid-90s, he gained experience working with the Montreux Jazz Festival. Shukat then held various roles at Walter Yetnikoff's Velvel Records and later took on senior marketing positions at Arista and Epic Records. In 2005, Shukat reconnected with Larry Mestel to launch Primary Wave, focusing on navigating the changing landscape of the music industry. He has since been involved in the creative growth and business expansion of Primary Wave Music Publishing.
