Melissa Craven has served as the UX Lead & Design Strategist at Primerica since 2018. In this role, she has been instrumental in conducting current and future state assessments, as well as creating experience and journey maps, personas, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. She has influenced and supported digital branding and design system strategies to ensure consistency and cohesion across multiple product lines. Additionally, she completed Primerica's Leadership Training Program, which focuses on developing leadership skills within the organization.

Melissa Craven pursued her education in graphic design and UX design across several institutions. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Auburn University from 1998 to 2003. She also held the position of Senior UX/UI Designer at InComm from 2011 to 2014 in Atlanta, GA.
