Ashish has over two decades of experience in the information technology and consumer internet industry, where he has co-founded and scaled multiple ventures, including one that went public. He started off investing as an Angel Investor in private companies, and began Institutional investments as a Partner with Fundamentum Fund 1. He later co-founded Fundamentum Investment Advisors which manages the latest Fundamentum Fund where he is a Co-Founder and General Partner. Fundamentum focuses on Series B/C investments out of India that aims to help build enduring technology companies that can solve large-scale problems and create positive impact. As a GP at Fundamentum, Ashish leads investment rounds from $10 to $25 million in companies that have attained product-market fit and are looking to scale up. He leverages his expertise in consulting, agile project management, and mentoring to support the portfolio companies in their growth journey. Ashish holds a B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kanpur and has completed executive education programs from Harvard Business School and Indian School of Business in various fields related to private equity, venture capital, family office, and AI. He is passionate about technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and considers himself a technology guy before a business guy before a finance guy.
