Before her tenure at Procter & Gamble, Candy Lai worked in various design roles. She was a Senior Designer at JOHN HARDY in Hong Kong from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, she worked as a Designer at TM&N from 2008 to 2010, also in Hong Kong, and served as a Graphic Designer and Prepress Specialist at SCA in Toronto, Canada, from 2005 to 2008.

Education and Qualifications

Candy Lai has a strong educational background in design and advertising. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from OCAD University, which she attended from 2000 to 2004. Later, she pursued a Diploma of Education in Jewelry Design from Hong Kong Baptist University, which she completed in 2019. Her education laid a solid foundation for her career in design and leadership roles.

Candy Lai has played a crucial role in setting a strategic direction for Whisper & Always brands at Procter & Gamble.
