Endi Asmira currently serves as the Marketing Director for Skin Care across APAC and Australia/New Zealand at Procter & Gamble. In this role, she leads strategic range review discussions with sales teams and retailers, ensuring the alignment of the marketing strategy with business objectives. Additionally, she manages and develops media, PR, and influencer strategies in partnership with external agency partners focusing on paid and earned media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), rating and reviews, search engine marketing (SEM)/search engine optimization (SEO), and digital planning to execution.
Previous Roles at Procter & Gamble
Before her current role, Endi Asmira held several positions at Procter & Gamble. She was the Country Category Leader for Hair Care in Australia and New Zealand from 2018 to 2019, and the Brand Director for E-Commerce & Hair Care across APAC and Korea between 2017 and 2018. Prior to these, she was the Senior Brand Manager for Head & Shoulders, focusing on Global Design & Innovation from 2014 to 2017, and the Brand Manager for Hair Care in APAC from 2012 to 2014.
Early Career and Education
Endi Asmira's career began with roles outside of P&G, including a stint as a Brand Marketing Executive at Nike in Singapore from 2010 to 2012. She also had briefly interned as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in 2010. She holds a Business Administration (Honours) degree in Marketing from the National University of Singapore.
Achievements in Marketing
Throughout her career, Endi Asmira has achieved numerous milestones. She won the FMCG Asia Awards 2021 for 'Product Launch of the Year' in Australia for Olay Super Serums. Her leadership contributed to turning around OLAY’s brand equity perception, leading to best-ever product launches and record business results. She also manages a diverse, multi-functional team across sales, finance, and product supply, while leading career development and recruitment of top marketing talents at Procter & Gamble.
