Farida Babayeva currently holds the position of Senior Brand Manager for the Caucasus & Central Asia Republics Media & Brands Marketing at Procter & Gamble. She has been serving in this role since 2019 in Azerbaijan. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies for P&G brands in the region, managing both internal and external parties to execute large-scale marketing programs, and overseeing media strategy and activation for all P&G brands in the region.

Farida also completed internships at UNESCO in Athens and Unibank, and served in various capacities including Retail Credit Intern and Junior Specialist in Product & Process Development.

Farida Babayeva has a strong academic background in Business Administration and Management. She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Azerbaijan Cooperation University from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, she has completed one year of graduate-level coursework at an undisclosed institution during 2013-2014. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, completed in 2013.
Leadership in Brand Launches
Throughout her tenure at Procter & Gamble, Farida Babayeva has led the launch of multiple brands including Pantene Altin Kelebek, Old Spice, Herbal Essence, Always, Oral-B, Ariel, Lenor, Pampers, Fairy, and Head & Shoulders. Her role includes managing large-scale marketing programs, ensuring successful brand entry and growth in the market, and coordinating media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
