Kelly then worked as an R&D Engineer in Packaging Development from 2013 to 2016 for 3 years, advancing to R&D Senior Engineer in Products Research from 2016 to 2021 for 5 years, and later transitioning to R&D Group Head in Products Research for 8 months in 2021. Finally, Kelly has been serving as the R&D Director at the Learning Lab since 2021.
