Before her current role, Lena Brantmark held several positions at Procter & Gamble in Singapore. From 2017 to 2021, she served as Senior Industrial Designer. Prior to that, she worked as Senior Design Manager from 2015 to 2017 and as Design Manager from 2013 to 2014. Lena also held the title of Design Coordinator from 2012 to 2013. Throughout these roles, she developed a strong background in strategic design thinking, particularly within the consumer goods industry.

From 2010 to 2012, Lena Brantmark was the Creative Director at MARKT DESIGNS. During her tenure, she utilized her skills in industrial design to influence the company's creative direction and contributed to various design projects, honing her expertise in the field of design management.

Lena Brantmark pursued her higher education at Lunds tekniska högskola / The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where she obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Design from 2007 to 2009 and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, she participated in an international exchange program at the School of Design & Environment at the National University of Singapore, where she also achieved a Master's degree in Industrial Design.
