Lilla Sara Peczely is currently serving as the Senior Brand Director for Dish Global Innovation and Europe Dish at Procter & Gamble. She has held this position since 2015 and is based in the Geneva Area, Switzerland. In this role, she leads the global Dish innovation multifunctional team, focusing on long-term and lean innovation strategies. Additionally, she is responsible for redesigning the global innovation and value-creation strategy for the Dish category by leveraging new consumer insights.

Before her current position, Lilla Sara Peczely held several key roles at Procter & Gamble. From 2012 to 2015, she was the Brand Manager for Dish Care Europe Innovation, and prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, she served as Brand Manager for Dishcare CEEMEA. She also worked as Brand Manager for Central Europe Femcare from 2007 to 2010 in Hungary. Earlier in her career, she was the Associate Brand Manager in Budapest (2006-2007) and an ABM for Oral Care CES in Hungary (2003-2006).

She completed an Artificial Intelligence program at Kellogg Executive Education in 2021 and studied Marketing, achieving Digital Marketing Strategies at the same institution. Her strategic leadership achieved market leadership for autodish in the CEEMEA region through white space expansion. In Turkey, she launched hand and autodish products, capturing significant market share. She also played a vital role in establishing the Feminine Care market leadership in Central Europe South and leading Pampers to market leadership in Hungary.
