His foundational education includes a Classe Prépa HEC from Lycée Louis Pergaud, attended from 2002 to 2004, and a Baccalauréat S Mention Bien from Lycée Victor Hugo, which he earned between 1999 and 2002.
Achievements and Initiatives
Maxime Marguet has spearheaded several notable initiatives and projects during his career. He led the ideation process for 11 innovation projects, defining consumer value propositions and business models. He initiated an Equality & Inclusion effort focused on product usage for parents with disabilities. He also created and scaled the #PampersForPreemies CSR campaign, aligning it as an annual event in 25 markets and securing CEO alignment on prematurity as a global cause. Additionally, he developed a 5-year product innovation pipeline for healthcare professionals and converted offline sales capability programs to digital platforms.
