Before joining Procter & Gamble, Rahat Chawla co-founded several companies between 2013 and 2015 in Uttar Pradesh, India. He was a Founding Partner at Prabh Sharan Retail, Prabh Sharan Operations, and Global Trends. From 2011 to 2013, Rahat worked as Head of Business Development and E2E Itinerary Solutions at Travel Weavers in New Delhi, India. He also gained experience as an Analyst at KPMG Advisory from 2010 to 2011 in Gurgaon, India, and as an Information Systems Intern at Brickhouse Capital LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, in 2010.

Rahat Chawla holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Singapore Management University, which he completed from 2015 to 2016.
