Sam Garcia Almeida began his career at Procter & Gamble in 1992, undertaking various engineering and supply chain roles in Venezuela and Argentina until 2000. This broad-based experience laid the foundation for his subsequent leadership positions. From 2000 to 2003, he served as Product Supply Operations and New Initiatives Leader in Belgium. Later, he moved on to roles such as Associate Director Supply Chain in Vietnam, the Philippines, and broader regions from 2003 to 2009.

Sam Garcia Almeida completed his higher education at Universidad Simón Bolívar, studying there from 1986 to 1991. Prior to his university education, he attended Don Bosco from 1980 to 1985. These educational experiences provided the groundwork for his successful career in supply chain management and operations.
