He also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Marquette University in 2014 and from Luiss Guido Carli University between 2013 and 2015. He completed his BBA at Luiss Guido Carli University from 2010 to 2013.

Stefano Fiorà began his career with roles outside Procter & Gamble. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Collegio Universitario Don Nicola Mazza from 2013 to 2015 in Padova, Italy. In 2012, he worked as a face-to-face fundraiser for DialogoDiretto srl for one month in Italy.
