Tara Polanco is the Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting for North America at Procter & Gamble. She has been in this role since 2018. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Tara leads the financial operations and accounting functions, ensuring strategic financial management across the company’s North American operations.
Previous Roles at Procter & Gamble
Before her current position, Tara Polanco held several roles at Procter & Gamble. From 2017 to 2018, she served as the Director of Corporate Forecast & Analysis. Between 2014 and 2016, she was the Global Finance Director for Skin & Personal Care. Prior to that, she worked as the San Jose Site Leader and Director of Americas Financial Shared Services from 2011 to 2014 in Costa Rica. Tara also served as the Finance Director for NoAm Hair Care/Color between 2008 and 2011. In earlier years, from 2006 to 2008, she was the Associate Director for Customer Team Finance on the Target team, and from 2005 to 2007, she handled NoAm Market Strategy & Planning for Beauty & Health. She began her tenure at P&G in 2001 in various financial and analytical roles.
