Most recently I served as CEO at Re:Sources which is the shared service organization of the Publicis Groupe, a global leading communication company. Over my career, I played a critical role in enabling dynamic growth across the Publicis Groupe media operations and significantly improved quality of service and productivity during my tenure at Re:Sources. This resulted in a reputation of being a value-added partner who was able to deliver flawless execution and balance multiple stakeholders needs across the network achieving Groupe strategy, financial objectives, while attracting and growing talent. Key Strengths Include: BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP * Positioned ReSources as a Value-Added Partner by listening to Agency Leaders to understand business issues and deliver win/win solutions that resulted in platforms and services that enabled the Agencies to transform and unlock productivity with a focus on delivering improved “User Experience.” TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES * Led the business transformation of Re:Sources from an onshore, country specific operating model to a globally focused operation, by creating transactional Hubs, Regional centers of excellence, and leveraging Global IT backbone to improve quality of services and significantly improved operational efficiencies for the Groupe. OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP * Embedded a customer service mindset across the network by focusing on “straight through processing” and continual innovation to drive incremental value for both local Agencies & the Groupe led by local market MDs who championed our “One Re:Sources” mindset. IT INFRASTRUCTURE OPTIMIZATION * Led effort to modernize Groupe infrastructure to ensure that our Agencies were able to provide their employees with an efficient & effective “user experience,” resulting in a truly mobile “user”: any device, anywhere, anytime, in a secure environment. REAL ESTATE CONSOLIDATION * Established Real Estate Blueprint, resulting in a standardized approach to adopting Groupe Activity-Based Working methodology improving the overall user experience and greatly reducing floor plates.
